How do we work?

On-site Inspection & Quotation​
We come to your home or property to inspect the bathroom area and understand its true potential. We then give you a comprehensive quote with no hidden costs - just honest and accurate recommendations for you to consider.
Our quote considers the most practical, modern and aesthetic layouts that will maximise your property’s equity, exceed your expectations and create your dream bathroom.

Contract & Deposit
You ask us all your questions about the quote until we’ve answered them all. To proceed, you just shoot us an email to accept the quote.
We then write up a contract for us all to sign. After the contract is signed and you’ve paid the 5% deposit, we order the materials and decide on a start date.

Material & Product Selections
Once we have agreed on your vision and budget, we select all the materials and products that you would like featured in your bathroom. This includes tiles, tapware, product positioning and much more.
By selecting everything for your bathroom upfront, we can completely build out your bathroom before any construction starts.

The Transformation
With your dream design firmly in mind, our team starts stripping out and reconstructing your bathroom. We manage all the tradespeople, materials and processes to make sure your bathroom is completed to the highest standard, on budget and on time.

How much will a bathroom renovation cost?The cost of a new bathroom can vary, but on average the price can be around $15 000 to $23 000. The cost of your bathroom largely depends on how much you want to spend and what style you’re looking to recreate.

Do you only do bathroom? I would also like to renovate my laundry and/or Kitchen.Not only do we renovate bathroom, we can also renovate your laundry, kitchen or any other part of the house.

How long will a renovation take?Bathroom renovations from demolition to clean-up will roughly take between 2-4 weeks.

Do I need to move out during the process?The short answer is no. The renovations can be completed while you are living in the home, but the bathroom will be unavailable for the duration of the rebuild. If you only have the one bathroom, we’d recommend having a portable toilet delivered to your premises.

When can you start on building my bathroom?The starting date will depend on a few different things. Some of the processes need to be completed before we start the actual building process, and some of these can take a week or two. We will provide you with an estimated starting time so you can be ready for the renovation. Usually we’ll be starting your renovation within 4 weeks of you signing off on the project.

How do I choose my fittings?Fittings are mostly a personal choice. We can assist you in finding the fitting that reflects the style you like. We would recommend looking through your gallery page or using a web browser to search for bathrooms and picking something from there that you like. We can design from scratch or recreate any bathroom you like. We also have designers available that can look at your bathroom and show you what will work best for the space.

Can I buy my fixtures before the renovation?Both! We’re happy to work with whatever fixtures you provide us or we can help with sourcing the fittings like bathroom ware, tiles, accessories etc.. for you from our recommended suppliers.

Will I have water and electricity available during the renovation?Yes. The water and electricity will need to be turned off at certain parts of the build. We will let you know before these are turned off, and when they are available to be used again.

When can you start on building my bathroom?The starting date will depend on a few different things. What warranties come with my new bathroom?Your new bathroom will come with a 6 year warranty on all major defects after the work is completed and 2 years for all other defects.

How will you look after my house during the renovation?All our visiting trades will have access to drop sheets and a vacuum which will be left on site during the renovation. It will be their obligation to clean up after themselves. Onsite waste will be left in a dedicated location which will be collected regularly.

I have a quote from a local renovator, Do you guys price match?"We can certainly have a look at other quotes you have, keeping in mind it has to be a written quote from a reputable licensed renovator.

I’m happy with the quote and want to proceed, what now?"Great news! Once you shoot us an email accepting the quote we will put together a contract from Fair Trading for both of us to sign. Once the 5% mandatory deposit has been paid, materials will be ordered and a start date will be determined.
